Our Policies

Return Policies : We accept all eligible return request until 30 days. All RMA units need to be delivered with its original box and accessories (including the UPC code label and seal), otherwise a re-stocking fee may apply. RMA units sent because of “Buyer cancellation, Do not need anymore” reasons, need to be delivered with the same condition, otherwise a restocking fee may apply. The customer needs to contact our customer service before purchase to confirm the item specifics (including SmartNet contract).

Shipping information : We use UPS for the domestic shipments (excluding power,HDMI and Console cables) and DHL for the international shipments. Please contact us if you want to use your own shipping account for international shipments.

Order Cancellations

We may charge a %20 re-stocking fee if the customer requests a cancellation once the shipment is arranged. If the units are in transit to the customer address, the order can not be cancelled and the customer needs to proceed with a return request.

Warranty and Service Contracts

Please contact us if you need a SmartNet eligible for the item that you are interested in. If you need assistance with the item that you want to order, we can definitely help you. We offer 1 Year Reseller Warranty for all of our units.
